Galvanizing
Hot-dip Galvanizing is a process in which a
protective and adhesive metal cover made of zinc (or zinc-ferrous alloy) being
formed on it’s surface through plunging steel parts in a melted zinc bath.
Basically, galvanized coating has been anticipated to protect steel
constructions against chemical and electrochemical corrosions with the aim of
increasing applicability.

This process starts with preparing the
surface with oil-cleansing, rust-cleansing and fluxation, and ends with plunging
in melted zinc bath. Galvanizing unit of Farasaz Industrial Group while enjoying
one
of the largest galvanizing bathtubs in Iran (1.9x1.5x7.8m),
and equipped with the most appropriate software and hardware systems, would be
able to meet vast range it’s customers needs for galvanization in accordance
with the latest international standards.
