Quality control
systems starts with receiving customer’s request considering
company’s abilities to provide them by measuring relevant and
effective units in order to achieve the product, followed by
necessary controls in designing stages in accordance with patterning
plan and confirming the design.
Equipment and raw
materials would be provided upon relevant suppliers
(sub-contractors) and assuring requested commitments.
All received items which
has direct and effective interference in product and production
process were being controlled by quality control unit corresponding
acceptance criteria before entering warehouse. After starting
production process, the first produced part is being controlled
during each station process regularly; and finally, after spending
all production stages, it’s quality would be inspected utilizing
control parameters and acceptance measures.
It should be stated that
all necessary levels, sampling, quality control parameters,
acceptance measures, and executive standards and regulations would
be considered beforehand in product’s quality plans; and execute
afterwards.
Production trend would be
refined using planning procedures, while improvement trend regarding
non-accordance within the system would be refined with the help of
statistical techniques. |
